Our next Mindful Moodle with Satya & Kaspa starts on May 10th – register now.
“So you see, imagination needs moodling – long, inefficient, happy idling, dawdling and puttering.”
We all need time to moodle.
Not just to recharge our batteries, but to re-discover what’s important, to feed our creativity, and to face what needs our attention. To cogitate and compost. And to enjoy some delicious slowed-down time…
Some of us aren’t very good at moodling. Goals and things-to-be-done take over. Other people’s needs crowd us. We drive ourselves hard and forget to make time to smell the roses.
If you’d like to spend four weeks making space to moodle, and making sense of why you don’t already do it more often, then join our group and register here.
“A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.”
~William Henry Davies
Your moodling will start with a 1:1 Creative Boost (on Skype or via email) with Satya or Kaspa where you can explore your own relationship with down-time and decide on a play-plan for the month. Read more about how Satya and Kaspa work.
You’ll receive four weekly musings taken from Satya’s book A Year of Questions: How to slow down and fall in love with life, with a suggested exercise for each week.
You will join a cohort of fellow moodlers in a private group online where you can share your experiences – where you feel stuck, what has worked well, where you’d like to go next.
You will also receive a daily inspirational email with a moodling-related paragraph from Satya or Kaspa and another quote from various wise folks.
“Stress is basically a disconnection from the earth, a forgetting of the breath. Stress is an ignorant state. It believes that everything is an emergency. Nothing is that important. Just lie down.”
