Join us by simply writing down one thing you’re grateful for every day during May.
Be gently accompanied & encouraged by our optional daily email offering, here. Sign up by the 30th of April to receive your first email on the 1st of May (otherwise it’ll arrive the day after you sign up).
Gratitude makes us happy, but we often forget to say thank y
ou in the midst of life’s challenges and difficulties.
The good news is that gratitude can be practised. Gratitude is even more important when things are difficult – it doesn’t cancel out the challenging stuff, but it does give us strength to continue, and allows us reprieve and replenishment. As we strengthen our gratitude muscles, whatever the current circumstances of our life, we find more and more to be thankful for.
The socks that are keeping my feet warm. The toasted hot cross bun I just ate. The vase of daffodils brightening my desk. My cat, purring next to me. The earth underneath me. Ordinary things. Without them I wouldn’t be here.
People all over the world will be finding one thing to be grateful for every day during May this year. Join them on this blog and elsewhere and discover how much abundance is already present in your life. Really taste your dark, fragrant coffee. Gaze at the sun bouncing off the clouds. Notice the cup of tea your friend makes for you, and their smile as they hand it over.
Appreciating these little things really does make all the difference. Join us and find out for yourself.
Do invite your friends via this Facebook invitation, and tweet using #gratefulmay. Sign up to our optional 31 Days of Gratitude which will start on May 1st, and keep in touch by signing up to our newsletter on the right. I can’t wait to get started…
