Welcome

Welcome! We're Kaspa & Fiona, and we want to help you slow down and fall in love with the world through mindful writing.

Most of us have crowded, busy lives. It's hard to remember to pay attention to what's around us - to pause and really listen to the blackbird's song, or to notice the bright poppies by the roadside.

But when we really pay attention to other people & to the world, we start seeing things more clearly - we become more intimate with them. We feel more loved and loving. We feel more at home in the world, with others, and in our own skin.

We pay attention by writing. We write short observational pieces called small stones and we write in our journals. We want you to help you wake up to the beauty of the world through writing too.

At the heart of what we offer is a marvellous smorgasbord of e-courses personally tutored by Fiona or Kaspa. These month-long adventures are for people who are ready to clear space for writing, learning, & growing. You will join a supportive cohort of fellow travellers (a maximum of 15 per group) in your very own private group, sharing what you want to share as you each carry out daily writing exercises, reflect on our essays & read our daily emails. What happens to people on these courses sometimes feels like magic.

We also both offer mindful coaching for people who want to use creativity to move themselves (or their businesses) forwards, or to start or complete a creative project. We can do this on Skype, on the telephone or through written reports. The first twenty minute consultation is free.

We also have lots of free stuff to offer you, including our gorgeous community & a free book about Lorrie & how her grey life takes on colour. Enjoy!
