Our next courses starting on the 6th of July: Eastern Therapeutic Writing & Writing and Spiritual Practice. Sign up now.Would you like to feel more engaged with the world, others & yourself?
We’re Kaspa & Fiona, and we'll show you how you can use mindful writing to clear space for the important stuff – connecting with your friends and family, noticing beauty, and tasting life properly. You’ll slow down and fall in love with your life, in all its richness and glory. We'll help you write your way home.
We offer month-long e-courses, which allow you to work with our materials at your own pace. You'll be accompanied by a group of fellow course participants in a private group in our community. We also offer month-long coaching Creative Intensives for anyone working on a creative project (next running during September).
"The course met and exceeded my expectations. Fiona’s weekly essays, questions and list of resources, as well as her daily emails, provided a wealth of thought provoking material as well as inspiration and support for my writing and life."
~ Kath Powell, e-course participant

How our courses work
You don’t have to be a writer to take our courses. You do need to be willing to experiment with fresh ways of seeing the world, others and yourself.
This will happen as you read our daily inspirational emails, and engage with our essays. It will happen as you write your responses to the exercises, try some creative writing, and discuss your findings on the forum.
We don’t have three simple steps for changing your life – we find life to be a bit more complicated than that! Instead, through your writing and with help from us and your fellow course participants, changes will seep into your daily life. New questions and new answers will emerge like green shoots.
Our courses work at a deeper level, where things sometimes get uncomfortable, because this is where you’ll find the gold.
“Thank you for the work you do and the loving way in which you do it. You’re making a positive difference in the lives of many people.”
~ Robin Turner, e-course participant
