As soon as you sign up for your first month, you'll receive a free 172 page PDF of the book 'A Year of Questions'. This contains:
* Monthly essays on commitment and resilience, taking care of yourself, being here, staying with struggle etc.
* A weekly piece of writing to fire you up and to get you thinking, with two inspirational quotes
* Weekly questions and suggestions for you to answer in the private group and/or in your journal
* A resources section recommending further reading (my favourite books of all time)
* Additional essays on Morning Pages, how to find a good therapist, clearing space for creativity etc.
Each month you will also receive:
* Access to a members-only group where you can work on your weekly questions with other course members - sharing insights, resources and encouragement
* A brand new musing bringing the theme of each month up to date
* Three short emails, one a week, written by me and encouraging you to keep finding space for yourself
